- Lead projects end-to-end, from defining the problem to launching production-ready solutions
- Design, fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy machine learning and LLM-based systems
- Take ownership of system behavior in the real world, including latency, scale, and reliability
- Influence teams across Emerging Tech through technical judgment and partnership
- Work confidently in fast-moving, ambiguous spaces where quick learning and iteration matter
Requirements
- 4 – 9+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied AI
- Hands-on experience building, fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying ML or LLM-driven systems
- Strength in NLP, conversational AI, or agentic workflows
- Experience with deep learning and multimodal generative modeling (text, image, video, or 3D)
- Familiarity with MLOps practices, distributed training, or inference optimization
- Ability to balance cutting-edge research with operational needs
- A track record of influencing engineers, product partners, and designers
