About the role
- Partner with Business & Strategy teams to identify customer & business problems.
- Develop product vision, strategy, solutions and the roadmap to address customer & business problems.
- Create and recommend end to end technology solutions that enable customers to find and engage with Automotive care products & services online and instore.
- Execute roadmap with Engineering & Program Management teams using Agile methods.
- Evaluate performance and continue to iterate on live digital customer experiences.
- Lead definition of the customer problems, scalable capabilities, key impact metrics and roadmaps.
- Guide UX Design, Analytics, Engineering, Program Management & other partner teams to develop, release & evolve world class digital customer experiences that delight customers and build the business.
Requirements
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in product management.
- Option 2: 7 years’ experience in product management or related area.
- Experience in creating end to end digital customer experiences, ideally with an ecommerce focus.
- Demonstrated ability to build digital experiences across device types that delight customers and drive measurable user outcomes.
- Experience with integration(s) that include complicated, large systems and workflows via real-time and near real time data exchanges & insights.
- Strong skills in leading cross-functional teams, communicating clearly, leading teams, getting buy-in from leadership, and managing stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
