About the role

  • Own the Full-Container-Load (FCL) program for a fast-paced, rapidly growing, cross-border inbound logistics service.
  • Manage the overall health of the FCL program.
  • Set the long-term strategy for seller experience and growth by delivering new products and enhancements that drive value.
  • Define, measure, and achieve objectives and key results (OKRs).
  • Ensure project deliverables stay on track and within budget.
  • Communicate or escalate program risks as appropriate.
  • Gather and define business requirements, project planning, continuous improvement, KPI management, change management, and tracking issues through to resolution.

Requirements

  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • Option 2: 7 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 4 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • Background in transportation, supply chain, cross border logistics process design, or six sigma.
