  • Manage large software development programs
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, product, design and business leaders
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Walmart
  • Define goals, stage gates, critical delivery paths, and key deliverables

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent
  • Overall 15+ years of technical experience with 8+ years as a Technical Program Manager in software delivery
  • Experienced in system/platform design concepts, architecture, UX design, services, APIs, and technologies
  • Deep understanding of software architecture and software design principles
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Expertise in change & risk management methodologies, project management tools, and techniques
  • Strong communicator in both verbal and written forms
  • Deep understanding of JIRA, JIRA Align, Big Picture, etc.
