- Optimize the Ecosystem: Identify and resolve systemic friction points in the eCommerce funnel, including search, discovery, checkout, and post-purchase experiences.
- Data-Driven Innovation: Champion a culture of rigorous experimentation (A/B testing, hypothesis-driven pilots) to validate new business models and maximize ROI.

- Option 2: 11 years’ experience in product management or related area.
- Extensive Experience: Typically 7–10+ years in product management with a proven track record of shipping complex, large-scale eCommerce or digital retail solutions.
- Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in analyzing market trends and customer behavior metrics (AOV, Conversion, CLV) to inform high-leverage product bets.
- Mastery of Influence: Exceptional ability to lead without formal authority, navigating diverse teams and bridging the gap between technical requirements and business goals.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of modern software architecture, APIs, and eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) to effectively collaborate with engineering leads.
- Customer Obsession: Deep empathy for the end-user, with a focus on creating seamless, intuitive digital experiences that solve real customer problems.
