Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
- Proven experience in operations and resource planning within complex project environments.
- Strong business analysis skills with the ability to develop and implement effective operational processes.
- Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and convey project status and requirements clearly.
- Ability to design, manage, and deliver project plans, timelines, and deliverables efficiently.
- Expertise in identifying root causes, recommending data-driven solutions, and driving continuous improvement.
- Collaborative mindset with experience partnering cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and company policies in all business practices.
