About the role

  • Lead the execution of complex business initiatives by aligning cross-functional teams
  • Oversee program performance and develop strategic plans
  • Support execution of EBS communications by translating strategy and subject-matter inputs into clear, consistent content
  • Own end-to-end production of newsletters, internal communications, and presentation materials
  • Partner with leaders and functional experts to gather inputs and ensure messages are timely and aligned
  • Track engagement signals and feedback to understand what content is resonating and inform adjustments

Requirements

  • 2 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams
  • 3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Strong expertise in PowerPoint design
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with tools such as Canva and Vimeo
