About the role
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and hiring timelines.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop and execute proactive recruiting strategies addressing critical talent gaps.
- Utilize data analytics and market insights to inform decision-making and optimize sourcing approaches.
- Guide hiring managers on candidate assessment frameworks and interview best practices.
- Manage multiple projects using agile methodologies to deliver efficient recruitment solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and cross-functional teams to support workforce planning.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance candidate and stakeholder experience.
Requirements
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field and 2 year’s experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or related area.
- Option 2: 4 years’ experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or related area.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition with a strong focus on data-driven decision making and talent strategy development.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects using agile methodology, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement.
- Exceptional stakeholder communication skills, capable of influencing business leaders and aligning talent solutions with organizational goals.
- Deep understanding of recruiting processes, candidate assessment, and hiring lifecycle management to enhance associate satisfaction.
- Experience leveraging advanced data tools and technology to analyze talent supply, market trends, and optimize recruitment outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach to address hiring challenges and improve processes.
