About the role

  • Manage multiple operational work streams by designing project plans, organizing timelines, and facilitating stakeholder meetings to implement initiatives.
  • Develop and communicate project requirements, status updates, and resource allocations to ensure timely delivery and corrective actions.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities, providing actionable recommendations aligned with business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale operational projects, including planning, execution, and resource allocation to meet business objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and develop actionable solutions.
  • Effective communication and influencing skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated accountability in driving project results and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Leadership experience in mentoring and developing team members to achieve high performance.
