About the role
- Manage multiple operational work streams by designing project plans, organizing timelines, and facilitating stakeholder meetings to implement initiatives.
- Develop and communicate project requirements, status updates, and resource allocations to ensure timely delivery and corrective actions.
- Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities, providing actionable recommendations aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and improve processes, tools, and methodologies that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support business strategies and drive execution.
- Oversee project activities to meet customer and business needs while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale operational projects, including planning, execution, and resource allocation to meet business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and develop actionable solutions.
- Effective communication and influencing skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated accountability in driving project results and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
- Leadership experience in mentoring and developing team members to achieve high performance.
