About the role
- Develops and directs category modular assortments and design layouts.
- Manages the creation and implementation of modular cluster variations.
- Identifies strategic opportunities for multiple categories.
- Manages and directs modular relay process for assigned category.
- Manages validation team by overseeing audits of store merchandisable designs.
- Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects.
- Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates.
- Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Marketing, Mathematics, or related field and 3 years’ experience in retail, replenishment, supplier sales, finance, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in retail, replenishment, supplier sales, finance, or related area.
