About the role

  • Develops and directs category modular assortments and design layouts.
  • Manages the creation and implementation of modular cluster variations.
  • Identifies strategic opportunities for multiple categories.
  • Manages and directs modular relay process for assigned category.
  • Manages validation team by overseeing audits of store merchandisable designs.
  • Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects.
  • Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates.
  • Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Marketing, Mathematics, or related field and 3 years’ experience in retail, replenishment, supplier sales, finance, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in retail, replenishment, supplier sales, finance, or related area.
