- Contributing to the development and refinement of workforce planning models
- Collaborate with senior team members to create and enhance Excel-based workforce planning forecasting and optimization models
- Supporting project execution and organizational design efforts
- Assisting in the planning and execution of workforce-related projects
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data validate workforce strategies
- Help evaluate initiatives for return on investment and potential outcomes

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field OR 2 years' experience in data analysis, statistics, computer science, or related area.
