About the role

  • Lead and develop a team of recruitment marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture.
  • Partner with the Director of Talent Attraction to help shape recruitment marketing strategy and translate priorities into plans.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of recruitment marketing campaigns that drive quality conversions.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to understand hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment marketing support.
  • Collaborate with Employer Brand and Sourcing partners to ensure cohesive talent attraction efforts.
  • Use data and insights to optimize campaigns, improve outcomes, and inform future planning.
  • Identify opportunities to test and scale new channels, tools, and approaches that elevate how Walmart attracts talent.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or digital marketing, ideally within a complex or high-volume environment.
  • Proven experience leading and developing teams, with a people-first and hands-on leadership approach.
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with executional strength.
  • Data fluency, with the ability to translate insights into action and improved performance.
  • Compelling storytelling skills that bring employer brand and role-specific messaging to life.
  • Experience managing recruitment marketing budgets and optimizing spend to drive results.
  • A collaborative mindset and comfort partnering across teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field and 4 years' of experience in digital marketing, communications, advertising, or related field, OR Master's degree and 2 years' of experience in digital marketing, communications, advertising, or related field, OR 7 years' experience in digital marketing, communications, advertising, or related field.
  • 3 years' of supervisory or project management experience.
