About the role
- Orchestrates end-to-end feature delivery across upstream and last-mile delivery platforms.
- Acts as Chief of Staff to the Senior Director, bridging upstream roadmaps with last-mile execution.
- Monitors upstream strategy and synthesizes insights from 5+ team roadmaps for executive consumption.
- Builds partnerships with upstream product leaders without formal authority.
- Navigates organizational complexity to drive consensus and proactively identify timeline conflicts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
- 1 year’s supervisory experience.
- Leadership of cross-functional task forces or projects.
- Masters: Operations Management.
- Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification.
