About the role

Requirements
- Minimum 5-6 years of consulting experience in SAP IS Retail.
- Conceptual and hands on knowledge on below objects in SAP Retail: Article master (including structured articles in Retail), Site Master, Merchandise categories and hierarchies, Characteristics and Characteristic profiles, Listing and assortments, Customer and vendor master, Retail pricing and promotions.
- End to End P2P cycle, Integration with F&R, Condition techniques, Intercompany and Intracompany transfers, Integration with EWM.
- Be able to provide solutions to business challenges- standard or bespoke both.
- Understand overall retail processes such as Replenishment, Procurement, merchandise distribution, pricing and promotions, Omnichannel retailing, interfaces to various peripheral systems.
- Extensive experience in analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation.
- Support the local and global community, in developing functional designs, making configuration changes, and testing SAP application developments.
- Ability to read, interpret and administer PRDs, convert them to FSDs.
- Work closely with developers and play a major role in translating the Custom requirements.
- Co-ordinate functional requirement gathering and designing activities across multiple teams, Information Technology Groups and business stakeholders to collaboratively develop effective solutions.
- Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and techniques to streamline business processes, optimize decision-making, and enhance operational efficiency across retail functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration, including predictive analytics for replenishment, intelligent automation of procurement, and data-driven insights for pricing and promotions.
- Stay updated with emerging AI trends and technologies, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of innovation in retail and SAP application development.
