About the role
- Design and implement a comprehensive, platform-centric architecture that places artificial intelligence at its core.
- Lead small groups of six to ten engineers in software development and design, identifying short- and long-term solutions and timelines.
- Review and approve proposed solutions, implement new architectural patterns, and perform design and code reviews of changes.
- Maintain a pulse on the ever-evolving landscape of regulations and laws in Governance domain and ensuring that are cascaded down to the pertinent systems in Governance space with minimal changes.
- Demonstrate adeptness in managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, while upholding the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
- Prioritize operational excellence by continuously monitoring and optimizing the performance of systems to meet or exceed defined Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
Requirements
- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
- Option 2: 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
- Proven track record of leadership in guiding technical teams and individuals in technical capacity.
- Expertise in building enterprise solutions with advance AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, leveraging public cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes and backend technology stack encompassing Java, Spring, Kafka, Databases, Caching, and more.
