- Build and lead the AI-first marketing technology ecosystem
- Own MarTech strategy and integrations
- Co-own Salesforce data model with RevOps
- Establish and enforce data governance policies
- Design and oversee data hygiene and compliance routines
- Operationalize ABX strategy in partnership with teams
- Design and improve core GTM processes
- Lead marketing technology and process enablement
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations or MarTech leadership
- Proven ownership of a modern marketing tech stack
- Demonstrated experience architecting system integrations and data flows
- Strong background in CRM data governance and quality
- Track record of building and optimizing GTM processes
- Hands-on experience with AI capabilities in GTM platforms
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Willing to get deep into tools and details
