About the role

  • Act as transaction manager for your own portfolio of structured finance and aircraft leasing special purpose vehicles (SPVs)
  • Assist with the management of the day-to-day workload of junior staff
  • Serve as director to a portfolio of SPVs, being the primary point of contact for all fiduciary and transaction management issues
  • Demonstrate complex problem-solving skills, anticipate issues, lead client board meetings and effectively manage a busy portfolio of clients and team members with competing deadlines and deliverables
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring a high quality, responsive and professional service to our clients at all times
  • Lead and manage the delivery of internal regulatory, operational and ad hoc projects and initiatives as required
  • Demonstrate awareness and understanding of legal or regulatory developments and proactively seek to ensure that the team is positioned to address those challenges
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, while actively contributing to process improvements within the team

Requirements

  • A minimum of six years' experience in a relevant legal, financial services or corporate administration role is essential
  • Strong academic credentials with a university degree
  • A legal, company secretarial or accounting professional qualification would be an advantage
  • Strong inter-personal skills and communication skills
  • Energy, enthusiasm and a proactive and solution-driven attitude
  • Ability to think on your feet, show attention to detail and be able to plan and organise work effectively
  • Strong organisational, analytical and decision-making skills with excellent attention to detail
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced client-facing environment where delivery of a professional service to both clients and other counterparties is of key importance
