About the role
- Manage day-to-day retail account operations at existing retail partners and ensuring strong, consistent execution of BEVEL's retail plans in-market.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for retail partners and drive productivity through optimized assortment and consumption insights.
- Review and analyze consumption data within retailer portals to develop insights into customer trends and product performance.
- Provide key inputs for account-level demand planning and forecasting.
- Support forecast execution by incorporating retailer-specific promotions, merchandising activity, and in-store considerations.
- Own ongoing reporting and analysis of sales performance, inventory, and forecast vs. actuals to identify gaps and risks.
- Communicate weekly, monthly, and quarterly business updates to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Requirements
- 7+ years of commercial sales experience (Retail Sales, Business Development, or Account Management); fast-moving consumer goods experience (beauty, grooming, personal care, or wellness categories) strongly preferred.
- Experience working directly with national retailers; exposure to mass and specialty accounts a plus.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced business degree preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including forecasting and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, promotions, and merchandising execution.
- Demonstrated business acumen and analytical skills paired with clear written and verbal communication.
- Highly collaborative, proactive, and execution-oriented with a strong bias for action.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, resource-lean environment.
- Takes ownership, maintains high standards, and follows through on details.
- Willingness to travel frequently as needed, including episodic travel during nights and weekends.
