• Full responsibility for managing national and regional retail accounts and negotiating our brand portfolio with respect to listings, distribution and in-store brand activation at the point of sale
• Ensuring optimal realization of each customer's sales potential
• Managing product launches, listings, distribution and promotional planning
• Supporting new product launches, coordinating rollout planning and tracking based on sales KPIs
• Close collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders, especially our field sales team and trade marketing
• Direct reporting line to the Head of Sales Germany
