• QA campaign logic, segmentation, triggers, personalization, copy, and scheduling before launch.
• Support communication execution for Lifecycle and cross-team projects.
• Meticulously review and execute on briefs and testing calendars.
• Manage custom events and user properties required for operating communications.
• Document and maintain lifecycle process documents for cross-team communication.
• Work closely with teams to manage workflow requests.
• Support cross-functional launches requiring complex CRM execution.
• Help keep projects on schedule, communicating clearly about dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.
