Lead the overall project to implement the APplus ERP system and the Diamant financial software, including all associated hardware and software components
Plan, coordinate and execute the ERP project in collaboration with business departments, external service providers and executive management
Administer and further develop the ERP system, including user and access management
Ensure a stable, high-performance system operation (maintenance, troubleshooting, interface management)
Conduct regular alignment meetings with key users to capture requirements and optimize processes
Administer IT infrastructure (network, servers, clients) in cooperation with the existing IT service provider
Monitor system availability and IT security

Requirements

University degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration with an IT focus, or a comparable qualification
At least 3 years of professional experience in the ERP environment, ideally in a manufacturing company
Proven experience in project management and in leading interdisciplinary teams
Structured, analytical and problem-oriented working style with the ability to understand and optimize complex processes
Strong communication and coordination skills as well as a pronounced hands-on mentality
Comprehensive knowledge of ERP systems and data security
Excellent German skills, both written and spoken
