About the role

  • Create an implementation plan for our new project launches
  • Analyze and assess all relevant documentation for project kick-off
  • Coordinate, monitor, and take responsibility for all project milestones while ensuring compliance with our quality standards
  • Responsible for creating and managing all digital documents up to project launch
  • Identify and evaluate project-related risks

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration or project management, plus initial professional experience in coordination roles
  • Strong process understanding and the ability to independently and structurally manage complex project workflows
  • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel, and confident use of digital tools and ERP systems
  • Analytical and meticulous working style, especially when handling contracts and key performance indicators
  • Strong communication and assertiveness skills, including a clear ability to escalate issues appropriately
