Independent operational support and administration of leasing contracts (terms, amendments, returns)
Handling of damage and claims cases, including coordination with leasing companies, insurers, and repair shops
Maintenance and updating of lease-relevant contract and vehicle data in the ERP system
Support for fleet management in vehicle-related contract processes (no price or contract negotiations)
Monitoring and documentation of fleet-related deadlines and legal requirements (e.g., periodic vehicle inspections such as TÜV, statutory safety checks (UVV), and driver's license checks)

Requirements

Completed commercial/vocational training or comparable qualification
Several years of practical experience in operational leasing contract administration or fleet management
Confident handling of leasing contracts (terms, contract changes, returns, claims settlement)
Experience working with leasing companies, insurers, and repair shops
Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., MS Dynamics NAV)
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
Very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken
