About the role

  • Acquisition of new accounts: Proactively approach potential customers and key accounts, including arranging appointments for field sales
  • Lead processing & customer needs analysis: Qualify and prioritize incoming leads through targeted needs assessments to support the sales process
  • Customer communication: Advise on products and services, handle inquiries by phone, email and chat, and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • CRM and data maintenance: Maintain and update customer master data in the CRM system, manage follow-up reminders and sales stages
  • Reporting & analysis: Prepare regular reports on the sales pipeline and activities, analyze key metrics and derive improvement measures

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in sales, customer service or telemarketing
  • Strong affinity for technical products such as robotics, AI or IoT
  • Confident use of presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint) and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities and a team-oriented approach
