About the role
- Functional and disciplinary responsibility for employees in the southern Germany region
- Management and implementation of all HR-related processes for the companies
- Point of contact for executive management, managers and employees on all HR matters
- Responsibility for own projects to continuously improve our processes
- Implementation of collective agreement and employment law requirements and collaboration with works councils
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification with an HR focus
- Several years of professional experience in medium-sized companies in a comparable position
- Solid knowledge of employment law and works council/industrial relations law
- Strong project management and change management skills
- Structured, independent working style, strong communication skills and empathy
