Act as interface between car builders (Alstom, Bombardier, Siemens, CAF, …) and Wabtec project management teams worldwide
Ensure Wabtec equipment delivered for trains in Egypt (doors, HVAC, ...) meets clients’ expectations
Solve problems locally on the field and raise quality issues to project management teams
Serve as Field Service Representative at Metro Cairo depot providing technical support to customer at depot
Manage customer relationships at depot and coordinate with Wabtec manufacturing sites for failure analysis, repair, replacement, and logistics for defective parts
Requirements
Degree in Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, quality, field service, warranty or similar
Experience in rail industry will be appreciated
Understanding of quality systems & product quality warranty processes
