About the role
- Support external client(s) in driving player engagement and retention as part of the managed services team
- Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, onsite messaging)
- Segment player databases and target communications based on player activity and lifecycle stage
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with design, content, product teams and client stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely campaign delivery
- Support A/B testing and campaign optimization initiatives
- Maintain CRM tools and ensure data accuracy
- Continuously optimise campaigns based on performance and insights
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a CRM, marketing, or digital role
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, campaign management tools, and customer segmentation.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent command of English language, especially written (native English preferred)
- Comfortable with a hybrid work model (requiring between one - two days per week in the office)
- Based in London (application asks "Do you live in London?")
- Authorized to work in the country of application without the need for visa & work-permit sponsorship
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization initiatives
- Experience maintaining CRM tools and ensuring data accuracy
