About the role

  • Support external client(s) in driving player engagement and retention as part of the managed services team
  • Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, onsite messaging)
  • Segment player databases and target communications based on player activity and lifecycle stage
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights
  • Collaborate with design, content, product teams and client stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely campaign delivery
  • Support A/B testing and campaign optimization initiatives
  • Maintain CRM tools and ensure data accuracy
  • Continuously optimise campaigns based on performance and insights

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a CRM, marketing, or digital role
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, campaign management tools, and customer segmentation.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent command of English language, especially written (native English preferred)
  • Comfortable with a hybrid work model (requiring between one - two days per week in the office)
  • Based in London (application asks "Do you live in London?")
  • Authorized to work in the country of application without the need for visa & work-permit sponsorship
  • Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization initiatives
  • Experience maintaining CRM tools and ensuring data accuracy
