About the role

  • Strategy & Concept (Consulting): Lead workshops to identify business objectives and develop clear HubSpot strategies.
  • Technical Implementation & Deployment (Hands-on): Execute strategies directly within the HubSpot instance (e.g., automations, pipeline setup, Custom Objects).
  • System Integration: Provide operational support for connecting interfaces (APIs/apps) to the client's existing IT infrastructure.
  • Performance & Optimization (Execution): Continuously analyze HubSpot performance and directly implement improvements.
  • Commercials & Account Growth: Identify growth opportunities and technically expand existing solutions (upselling).

Requirements

  • Strong experience with the HubSpot platform
  • Strong experience in conducting workshops and conceptual design
  • Experience in developing sales and marketing funnels
  • Strong knowledge of CRM, HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Languages: Very good German (required)
  • Good English skills
