About the role

  • Strategy & conceptualization: Lead workshops to identify business objectives and develop clear HubSpot strategies.
  • Hands-on implementation of strategies directly within the HubSpot instance (e.g., automations, pipeline setup, custom objects).
  • Operational support for integrating interfaces (APIs/apps) with the client’s existing IT infrastructure.
  • Continuous analysis of HubSpot performance and direct implementation of improvement measures.
  • Identification of growth opportunities and technical enhancement of existing solutions (upselling).

Requirements

  • Strong experience with the HubSpot platform
  • Proven experience facilitating workshops and developing concepts/strategies
  • Experience developing sales and marketing funnels
  • Deep knowledge of CRM and HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Very good German language skills are required
  • Good English skills
