About the role
- Define and lead the media and growth strategy for Outdoor Brands across performance marketing, retail media, and digital channels.
- Own all paid media activation and optimization, including search, social, programmatic, display, and retail media platforms.
- Build and maintain a unified measurement framework across brands and media channels.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team across performance marketing, retail media, and analytics.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in media strategy, performance marketing, or growth marketing
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and agencies
- Deep expertise in paid media platforms (search, social, programmatic, CTV, retail media)
- Strong analytical and measurement background (ROI, attribution, incrementality)
- Experience working in a multi-brand, retail-centric environment
- Ability to translate data into executive-level insights and recommendations
