• Execute the hiring/onboarding process in the APDATA system, ensuring compliance with deadlines and documentation;
• Manage vacation and termination processes, verify calculations, and support the monthly payroll closing;
• Conduct termination formalities (homologations) and exit interviews, ensuring a respectful, human-centered offboarding experience;
• Keep all Occupational Health and Safety documentation up to date, coordinating occupational medical exams and mandatory programs (PCMSO, PGR, LTCAT, NRs, CIPA);
• Update employee records, process requests and track delivery of corporate benefits (health and dental plans, meal vouchers [VR], transportation vouchers [VT], among others);
• Respond to and resolve requests with empathy and efficiency;
• Collaborate on administrative activities and projects within the People & Management area, contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes.
