Execute the hiring/onboarding process in the APDATA system, ensuring compliance with deadlines and documentation;
Manage vacation and termination processes, verify calculations, and support the monthly payroll closing;
Conduct termination formalities (homologations) and exit interviews, ensuring a respectful, human-centered offboarding experience;
Keep all Occupational Health and Safety documentation up to date, coordinating occupational medical exams and mandatory programs (PCMSO, PGR, LTCAT, NRs, CIPA);
Update employee records, process requests and track delivery of corporate benefits (health and dental plans, meal vouchers [VR], transportation vouchers [VT], among others);
Respond to and resolve requests with empathy and efficiency;
Collaborate on administrative activities and projects within the People & Management area, contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields;
Experience: Practical experience in personnel/payroll activities such as vacation and termination calculations, benefits administration, and occupational health and safety. Up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation;
Tools: Experience with the APDATA payroll system and Protheus;
Digital skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Microsoft Teams for videoconferencing;
Desired skills: Attention to detail and strong organizational skills; analytical capability and results orientation; good communication and a collaborative attitude; commitment to deadlines and confidentiality.
