Support Engineer

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients post installation
• Provide remote support and maintenance of end user device hardware and software
• Support through email, remote desktop, telephone, and call back requests
• Lead the investigation and resolution of client concerns while collaborating with the product team
• Coach clients in their onboarding journey and how to best utilize our hardware and software

Cattle Technical Support Representative

Human Resources

• Provide day-to-day administrative support for HR operations and assist in coordinating activities across all HR functions.
• Prepare and process required documentation for new hire requisition and employee change in statuses.
• Process new hire entries, compensation changes, and terminations in ADP and BambooHR.
• Upload and maintain compliant personnel files and employee documentation.
• Enter and update employee records in HR systems (ADP, BambooHR, Deel) ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and internal requirements.
• Generate and maintain HR reports, metrics, and dashboards to support business decisions.
• Manage and maintain the HR inbox to ensure timely responses and issue resolution.
• Coordinate and execute HR communications, engagement programs, and policy updates in partnership with the Global Director of HR.
• Support HR audits, reporting, and data reconciliation across HR systems and support reconciliations, and year-end reporting as needed.
• Maintain the annual HR calendar, including holidays, audits, performance reviews, and compliance checks.
• Assist in preparing HR reports for leadership review.
• Support the Global Director of HR with annual HR budget process through data preparation and expense tracking.
• Process payroll across multiple regions (U.S., Australia, New Zealand, and Canada) in partnership with Finance and external vendors while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support accurate and timely payroll preparation, ensuring alignment with employment agreements and schedules.
• Administer leave of absence tracking, return-to-work coordination, and benefits updates.
• Maintain compliance with benefit programs including 401k, health plans, and international equivalents.
• Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and international employment laws to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Support policy administration and assist in the rollout of new or updated HR policies, procedures, and training.
• Help mitigate HR-related risk by ensuring proper documentation, tracking, and adherence to internal controls.

Global HR Administrator

Controller

• Maintain and enforce a documented system of accounting policies and procedures that complies with GAAP and ensures appropriate internal controls
• Supervise all day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and receivables/collections, payroll, general ledger and trial balance accounting, reconciliations, and fixed assets
• Lead the monthly financial close process and financial statement preparation, ensuring that reporting is completed in an accurate, timely and consistent fashion
• Proactively partner with third-party partners to satisfy all required compliance requirements
• Effectively and efficiently work with the external auditors/consultants to ensure the annual year-end audit is completed in a timely manner
• Actively participate in and contribute to the development of the annual financial plan and subsequent forecasts, providing insightful variance analysis of actuals vs. budget
• Oversee, mentor, and support the accounting team
• Develop and engage staff helping them realize their full potential
• Conduct monthly account reviews and reconciliations, with cash/bank and vendor payments an imperative
• Ensure an adequate and consistently applied reserve provision is in place on a monthly basis
• Manage payroll processing and other related tasks, overseeing payroll reconciliation and recording of payroll to the general ledger
