Solutions Engineer

• Understand customer objectives, business processes, workflows and success criteria

Business Analyst – Solutions Engineering

Manager

• Provide commercial support across bids and live contracts, ensuring compliance with Telent governance and compliance
• Support the negotiation and drafting of contractual agreements, including involvement in smaller negotiations
• Manage contractual processes such as compensation events, early warnings, and contract changes
• Work collaboratively with delivery, project, and bid teams to review and structure commercial solutions
• Identify commercial risks and propose appropriate mitigation strategies
• Support more complex and strategic bids through coordination and stakeholder engagement

• Provide electrical design solutions for wireless infrastructure projects (LV systems, earthing, surge & lightning protection)

• Lead the development and delivery of commercial and sourcing strategies aligned to business objectives, ensuring value optimisation and risk mitigation.
• Conduct robust pre-procurement market analysis to inform strategic decision-making and sourcing approaches.
• Provide expert commercial input into project planning, business cases, and governance processes to support successful approvals and delivery.
• Own supplier relationship management and contract administration, ensuring high performance across the full contract lifecycle.
• Ensure full compliance with relevant legislation, internal governance, and contractual obligations on behalf of clients and stakeholders.
• Provide authoritative commercial advice to business teams, including the evaluation of change requests and associated cost and contractual impacts.
• Oversee financial and commercial controls, including invoicing, cost validation, forecasting, year-end processes, and monthly reporting to clients.

Senior Commercial Manager

Project Manager

• Provide delivery focussed office & customer site-based work as required to ensure project delivery complies with prevailing quality, safety, and environmental standards and regulations within specified timescales and to budget, in accordance with Telent and client Quality Environment Health and Safety (QEHS) procedures.
• Develop consistent project delivery and reporting processes to ensure delivery of assigned projects in accordance with Telent, client QEHS and contractual processes, including regular review and checks
• Will ensure the implementation of consistent governance and controls to report project Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to key stakeholders, highlighting and managing all risks & issues and their mitigations throughout the project lifecycle
