About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Understand customer objectives, business processes, workflows and success criteria
- Translate customer requirements into solution storyboards and digital workflows
- Configure and deploy Vyn solutions for demonstrations, trials and production use
- Support solution implementation, testing, user acceptance and optimisation
- Build customer dashboards and provide data-driven operational insights
- Work closely with Customer Success, Delivery, Product and Engineering, feeding customer feedback into the product roadmap
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- 3–4 years’ experience in solution engineering, software implementation, technical consulting or digital solutions
- Experience configuring/implementing SaaS, workflow or cloud-based solutions, and creating process maps, user journeys or solution storyboards
- Familiarity with APIs, JSON, SQL and system integrations; exposure to Python, JavaScript, HTML or CSS
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with a customer-facing mindset
- Comfortable working UK/European business hours; experience with dashboarding tools like Amazon QuickSight is a plus
