About the role
- Own and grow Vumedi’s agency partnership strategy and revenue
- Build senior-level relationships across key healthcare and media agencies
- Position Vumedi as a strategic, preferred partner in agency planning
- Develop scalable partnership frameworks, pilots, and programs that lead to repeat and annualized spend
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to support agency-led initiatives
- Translate agency feedback into clear internal insights and recommendations
- Lead strategic agency meetings, QBRs, and planning conversations
- Identify opportunities to expand Vumedi’s footprint across brands, franchises, and therapeutic areas
- Track, report, and be accountable for agency-driven revenue performance
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience in healthcare media, partnerships, or agency-facing roles
- Direct experience owning relationships with healthcare or media agencies
- Proven track record of building strategic partnerships that drive measurable revenue
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and operations
- Strong understanding of pharma marketing and agency planning dynamics
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, evolving environments
- Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills
