About the role

  • Own and grow Vumedi’s agency partnership strategy and revenue
  • Build senior-level relationships across key healthcare and media agencies
  • Position Vumedi as a strategic, preferred partner in agency planning
  • Develop scalable partnership frameworks, pilots, and programs that lead to repeat and annualized spend
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to support agency-led initiatives
  • Translate agency feedback into clear internal insights and recommendations
  • Lead strategic agency meetings, QBRs, and planning conversations
  • Identify opportunities to expand Vumedi’s footprint across brands, franchises, and therapeutic areas
  • Track, report, and be accountable for agency-driven revenue performance

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience in healthcare media, partnerships, or agency-facing roles
  • Direct experience owning relationships with healthcare or media agencies
  • Proven track record of building strategic partnerships that drive measurable revenue
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and operations
  • Strong understanding of pharma marketing and agency planning dynamics
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous, evolving environments
  • Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills
