Backend Engineer

• Design, conception and implementation of SAP HCM solutions in the backend (ABAP, interfaces, data models)
• Development of modern frontend solutions based on SAPUI5 / Fiori
• Programming: SAP S/4HANA-related development and customization tasks
• Quality assurance: testing and evaluating developed programs
• Design and implementation of Fiori applications – planning and conceptualizing the migration of existing WebDynpro applications to standard SAP UI5 applications
• Integration of SAP HCM into the existing system landscape as part of the H4/S4 migration
• Technical consulting and support for business units in implementing new HR processes
• Analysis, optimization and further development of existing SAP HCM applications

• Implementierung / Design und (Weiter-) Entwicklung von SAP-Berechtigungen in den SAP-Modulen HCM (PY, PA, OM, PE, LSO, PT), FI/CO, MM und SD
• Sicherer Umgang u.a. mit PFCG, SUIM, SU01 und Analyse auf Tabellenebene im Umfeld SAP Rollen & Berechtigungen
• Konzeption, Planung und Projektunterstützung
• Qualitätssicherung: Testen und Evaluieren der entwickelten SAP-Rollen & Berechtigungen
• Erstellung von Anforderungskonzepten und Lösungsdokumentationen
• Erstellung von Machbarkeitsanalysen
• Fehleranalysen und -Behebung
• Mitarbeit im agilen Team

SAP Rollen- und Berechtigungsexperte

• Implementation, design and further development of SAP authorizations in the SAP modules HCM (PY, PA, OM, PE, LSO, PT), FI/CO, MM and SD
• Strong proficiency with tools such as PFCG, SUIM, SU01 and performing table-level analysis in the context of SAP roles & authorizations
• Conceptualization, planning and project support
• Quality assurance: testing and evaluating developed SAP roles & authorizations
• Preparation of requirement specifications and solution documentation
• Preparation of feasibility analyses
• Error analysis and remediation
• Participation in an agile team
