About the role

  • Design, automation, and deployment of secure AWS-based architectures, focusing on networking, identity integration, infrastructure as code, and application layer support using Python, Terraform, and Ansible
  • Hands-on experience with Python, Terraform or AWS CDK, identity provider integration, API development, and tools like Ansible to support mission-critical cloud solutions in a hybrid, cleared environment
  • Hybrid role requires on-site in Fort Meade, MD 2–3 days per week

Requirements

  • 7-9 years of professional experience supporting design, automation, and deployment of secure AWS-based architectures, focusing on networking, identity integration, infrastructure as code, and application layer support using tools like Python, Terraform, and Ansible.
  • Cloud & Architecture: AWS architecture design and implementation
  • Identity provider integration (e.g., SAML, OIDC)
  • Automation & Scripting: Python (for scripting and task automation)
  • Ansible (for configuration management)
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform or AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK)
  • Networking: Strong understanding of cloud and CNE-based networking
  • Development & Integration: JavaScript / TypeScript
  • API integration
  • Citizenship and security clearance: U.S. citizenship required; Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) security clearance required
  • On-site 2–3 days per week at Fort Meade, MD
