About the role
- Responsible for small to large projects of high complexity
- Lead the technical portion of the project including discipline coordination
- Participate in client project requirement meetings and value analysis
- Prepare and revise documentation in various architectural phases
- Lead the construction administration phase with the design team
- Conduct quality assurance and quality control on own projects
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of specs with construction documents
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Professional licensure required, California preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a broad range of phase experience
- Strong understanding of all phases of architectural document production
- Passion for and experience with Mission Critical and similar building types
- Requires understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and Revit
- Strong Revit skills, familiarity with clash coordination strategies a plus
- AutoCAD, Abobe Creative Suite, Grasshopper/Rhino, or Sketchup a plus
- Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record
