About the role

  • Responsible for small to large projects of high complexity
  • Lead the technical portion of the project including discipline coordination
  • Participate in client project requirement meetings and value analysis
  • Prepare and revise documentation in various architectural phases
  • Lead the construction administration phase with the design team
  • Conduct quality assurance and quality control on own projects
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of specs with construction documents

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
  • Professional licensure required, California preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a broad range of phase experience
  • Strong understanding of all phases of architectural document production
  • Passion for and experience with Mission Critical and similar building types
  • Requires understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and Revit
  • Strong Revit skills, familiarity with clash coordination strategies a plus
  • AutoCAD, Abobe Creative Suite, Grasshopper/Rhino, or Sketchup a plus
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record
