About the role
- Deploy and configure Microsoft Active Directory (AD), including domain controllers and replication/synchronization between multiple sites
- Integrate Amazon WorkSpaces with AD to ensure seamless virtual desktop management
- Configure, monitor and maintain Microsoft Exchange Server for reliable email communication
- Create, manage, and troubleshoot Group Policies for security and configuration management
- Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate AD and Exchange management tasks
- Provide support for troubleshooting AD, Exchange, and network connectivity issues, ensuring minimal downtime
- Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery strategies for AD and Exchange environments
- Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and future reference
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure secure identity management and single sign-on (SSO) configurations
Requirements
- 7-9 years of professional experience working with AD, Amazon WorkSpaces, PowerShell scripting, MSFT Exchange server, and Windows Server administration
- U.S. citizenship status
- Active TS SCI
- Must be able to work 50% onsite
- Excellent communicator in writing and speaking
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills
