About the role

  • Deploy and configure Microsoft Active Directory (AD), including domain controllers and replication/synchronization between multiple sites.
  • Integrate Amazon WorkSpaces with AD to ensure seamless virtual desktop management.
  • Configure, monitor and maintain Microsoft Exchange Server for reliable email communication.
  • Create, manage, and troubleshoot Group Policies for security and configuration management.
  • Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate AD and Exchange management tasks.
  • Provide support for troubleshooting AD, Exchange, and network connectivity issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery strategies for AD and Exchange environments.
  • Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and future reference.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure secure identity management and single sign-on (SSO) configurations.

Requirements

  • 7-9 years of professional experience working with AD, Amazon WorkSpaces, PowerShell scripting, MSFT Exchange server, and Windows Server administration.
  • U.S. citizenship status (government contract).
  • Possess an Active TS SCI.
  • Must be able to work 50% onsite.
