About the role
- Deploy and configure Microsoft Active Directory (AD), including domain controllers and replication/synchronization between multiple sites.
- Integrate Amazon WorkSpaces with AD to ensure seamless virtual desktop management.
- Configure, monitor and maintain Microsoft Exchange Server for reliable email communication.
- Create, manage, and troubleshoot Group Policies for security and configuration management.
- Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate AD and Exchange management tasks.
- Provide support for troubleshooting AD, Exchange, and network connectivity issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery strategies for AD and Exchange environments.
- Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure secure identity management and single sign-on (SSO) configurations.
Requirements
- 7-9 years of professional experience working with AD, Amazon WorkSpaces, PowerShell scripting, MSFT Exchange server, and Windows Server administration.
- U.S. citizenship status (government contract).
- Possess an Active TS SCI.
- Must be able to work 50% onsite.
