About the role

  • Own the full sales cycle from qualified opportunity through close
  • Focus primarily on private sector segment (manufacturing, industrial, energy companies)
  • Individual quota: 4-5 new customers annually ($400K-$500K new ARR)
  • Demonstrate a hunter mentality—actively source, pursue, and win new accounts
  • Leverage advanced negotiation tactics to overcome objections and secure commitments
  • Collaborate with CEO/Director on strategic accounts
  • Provide competitive intelligence and market insights

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with proven track record in government/utility segment OR construction tech to owner
  • Consistent quota attainment in previous roles
  • Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Consultative selling approach (not transactional)
  • Comfortable in player-coach role (individual contributor + mentoring)
  • Self-starter who can thrive in small, fast-growing company environment
  • Highly Preferred: Construction, engineering, or AEC industry experience
  • Background with project management or portfolio management software
  • Familiarity with public sector procurement processes is a plus
  • Experience with industrial/manufacturing verticals (steel, automotive, chemical, energy, etc.)
