• Build and lead a global ecosystem of localization and content partners, including translation agencies, creative agencies, influencers, and affiliates, to deliver authentic, market-ready content.
• Develop a regionalized content strategy that adapts ExpressVPN’s brand story for different markets and cultures.
• Identify and manage trusted in-market creators and agencies who can localize, transcreate, and promote content with cultural fluency.
• Partner with the Affiliate and Influencer Marketing teams to localize creator campaigns and partnerships.
• Ensure brand voice, tone, and values are consistently represented across all languages and regions.
• Define and measure KPIs for localization speed, quality, and impact.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to ensure internationalization and local user experience are embedded in product releases.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing to adapt messaging, campaigns, and assets for cultural relevance.
• Monitor and report on localization performance metrics (e.g., engagement, conversion, retention by language).
• Stay ahead of emerging localization, AI translation, and cultural marketing trends.

• Monitor and manage contracting compliance risks and coordinate resolution of issues that arise.
• Act as a liaison between Legal/compliance teams and internal stakeholders to communicate compliance-related updates and requirements.

QA Engineer

• Design and implement testing tools and test frameworks in collaboration with developers to measure software and network performance
• Champion automation by identifying optimization opportunities for testing efficiency and effectiveness
• Take ownership of product quality via comprehensive risk analysis, quality activity planning, and test execution
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration to ensure comprehensive testing coverage and promote open communication and skill sharing
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and practices

Senior Quality Assurance Engineer – Website/Backend

• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks for the Lightway VPN protocol (Rust) across Windows, Linux, macOS, iOS, and Android
• Build and automate end-to-end test cases covering client-server interactions, encryption, connection stability, networking scenarios, failover handling, and performance under load
• Develop and execute security tests to assess vulnerabilities and validate encryption, authentication, and confidentiality
• Conduct performance and stress testing to validate scalability, stability, and resource usage; simulate high traffic and variable network conditions
• Integrate automated test suite into CI/CD pipeline to enable continuous testing with every code change
• Collaborate closely with the Rust development team to identify test coverage gaps and provide feedback on code quality and testability
• Create and maintain documentation on test strategy, test cases, results, and best practices; report test coverage, defects, and risks to stakeholders
• Continuously evaluate and improve test automation framework and stay up-to-date on testing tools and Rust-related techniques

Senior QA Engineer, Network Protocols

• Design and develop high-performance backend services using Node.js and TypeScript
• Build and orchestrate distributed systems and workflows using Temporal
