About the role
- Manages all aspects of specific sponsored plans, maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, and help to contribute to increased profitability.
- Ensures seamless day-to-day operations and timely delivery of periodic processing events
- Applies operational best practices to ensure that plan runs efficiently and according to specific client needs
- Enriches service delivery, manages risk, improves efficiency and quality
- Liaison between internal/external groups who support the operation of clients plan
- Actively participates in sponsor calls and meetings
- Support sales opportunity which involves onsite sales presentation
Requirements
- 5+ years financial services industry experience
- Customer Services experience/skills
- Experience with managing highly sensitive and key at risk clients
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
