About the role

  • Manages all aspects of specific sponsored plans, maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, and help to contribute to increased profitability.
  • Ensures seamless day-to-day operations and timely delivery of periodic processing events
  • Applies operational best practices to ensure that plan runs efficiently and according to specific client needs
  • Enriches service delivery, manages risk, improves efficiency and quality
  • Liaison between internal/external groups who support the operation of clients plan
  • Actively participates in sponsor calls and meetings
  • Support sales opportunity which involves onsite sales presentation

Requirements

  • 5+ years financial services industry experience
  • Customer Services experience/skills
  • Experience with managing highly sensitive and key at risk clients
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
