Perform technical Owner's Representative (AMOT) assignments for projects during the Programming, Design, Construction and/or Operations & Maintenance phases
Carry out technical and economic analyses in support of and in coordination with VOXOA teams in Paris and Lyon
Monitor the technical program, budget and schedule of assigned projects
Conduct property asset audits
Carry out VEFA (off-plan sale) and CPI expert assessments for buyers
Prepare internal and external reporting; maintain pragmatic dashboards to support the mission and the project
Contribute to the development of structuring and methodological tools

Requirements

Minimum 6–10 years' experience as an AMO (Owner's Representative) Project Manager
Specialization in construction economics
General technical knowledge across all trades (multi-trade/generalist technical knowledge)
Good understanding of project ownership (Maîtrise d’Ouvrage) and the responsibilities of the various construction stakeholders
Good knowledge of public procurement
