• Perform technical Owner's Representative (AMOT) assignments for projects during the Programming, Design, Construction and/or Operations & Maintenance phases
• Carry out technical and economic analyses in support of and in coordination with VOXOA teams in Paris and Lyon
• Monitor the technical program, budget and schedule of assigned projects
• Conduct property asset audits
• Carry out VEFA (off-plan sale) and CPI expert assessments for buyers
• Prepare internal and external reporting; maintain pragmatic dashboards to support the mission and the project
• Contribute to the development of structuring and methodological tools
