About the role

  • Manage the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts from prospecting to close.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build pipeline through outbound outreach, inbound lead follow-up, and strategic account development.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and value-based presentations to decision-makers across operations, safety, IT, and executive teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Development, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Provide market feedback to Product and Leadership to inform go-to-market strategy.
  • Accurately forecast and manage pipeline within CRM (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of B2B SaaS closing experience, including at least 2 years in mid-market sales.
  • Strong track record of exceeding quotas ($800k+ ARR).
  • Skilled in consultative selling, with experience managing multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Excellent communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and motivated to succeed in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Experience selling into operations, safety, or manufacturing/logistics industries a plus.
