Engineer

• Ship for impact. Architect and write the code that makes Voxel work in the real world. You will build the end-to-end systems (frontend, backend, infrastructure) that unlock massive operational efficiency for enterprise customers.
• Integrate our computer vision models with messy, existing facility infrastructure and legacy data streams.
• Lead the end-to-end design of technical solutions, working directly with the Field CTO and enterprise customers.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on product capabilities based on real customer feedback.
• Create the internal tooling, reusable components, and automated workflows that will allow the forward-deployed engineering team to scale rapidly.
• Document systems, tooling, and architecture to scale with the forward-deployed engineering function.

Founding Forward Deployed Engineer

Full-stack Engineer

• Contribute to the development and scaling of Voxel’s perception and computer vision systems, powering real-time understanding of industrial environments
• Design and deploy distributed systems for video ingestion, processing, and inference across both edge devices and cloud infrastructure
• Build and secure cloud APIs, access control systems, and backend services that support the video platform and data pipelines
• Develop scalable and resilient services that enable low-latency event detection, real-time alerts, and historical video analytics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including ML engineers, product managers, and researchers—to bring computer vision models into production
• Influence the team’s technical direction and uphold high standards in code quality, system design, and operational excellence

Software Engineer – Platform

Account Executive

• Manage the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts from prospecting to close.
• Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Build pipeline through outbound outreach, inbound lead follow-up, and strategic account development.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and value-based presentations to decision-makers across operations, safety, IT, and executive teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Development, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Provide market feedback to Product and Leadership to inform go-to-market strategy.
• Accurately forecast and manage pipeline within CRM (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot).

Mid-Market Account Executive

Solutions Engineer

• Lead technical discovery and architecture discussions with enterprise IT and security teams during pre-sales engagements and post sales/deployment architecture.
• Validate network readiness and design scalable, secure deployment architectures across distributed sites.
• Partner closely with Sales to remove technical blockers and increase deal confidence.
• Own technical implementation strategy post-signature, ensuring smooth rollout across multi-site environments.
• Serve as senior escalation point for network and infrastructure challenges during deployment.
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear, executive-ready summaries and action plans.
• Develop standardized implementation playbooks and best practices to scale enterprise deployments.
• Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering to improve deployment efficiency and integration flexibility.

DevOps Engineer

• Contribute to the development and improvement of Voxel’s cloud infrastructure using modern DevOps and SRE best practices.
• Help operate and support distributed systems with a focus on reliability, scalability, security, and performance.
• Write and maintain infrastructure‑as‑code, automation, and tooling to improve developer velocity and system stability.
• Partner closely with software, ML, perception, security, and customer‑facing teams to support cross‑functional initiatives.
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and post‑incident improvements (with mentorship and support).
• Learn how to balance speed, reliability, and risk in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Continuously improve documentation, onboarding materials, and internal tooling as the organization scales.
