• Own the full employee lifecycle, ensuring every stage is seamless, compliant, and reflective of Voxel's culture and values
• Continuously improve onboarding and offboarding programs that accelerate productivity, foster connection, and surface actionable feedback to improve the employee experience
• Serve as the owner of the HRIS (Rippling), ensuring accurate employee data, organizational structures, scalable workflows, and reporting, while managing payroll inputs and coordinating with Finance to ensure accurate and timely payroll execution with Finance
• Maintain compensation frameworks, including salary bands and equity guidelines, and partner with recruiting and leadership to ensure offers align with leveling philosophy, internal equity, and headcount plans
• Lead the company's performance management process, including mid-year and annual cycles, while supporting managers through coaching, documentation, and performance improvement conversations with consistency and sound judgment
• Manage employee lifecycle changes, including promotions, transfers, and restructurings, ensuring consistency, compliance, and a strong employee experience

People Operations Manager

Full-stack Engineer

• Build and ship features across our web product, and build the supporting services for them as well.
• Debate technical decisions openly as engineers at every level are expected to push back on senior people, including in code review and design discussions.
• Contribute to high-impact roadmap initiatives including:
• Executive Hub: global multi-facility operational visibility for enterprise leaders.
• Risk Insights proactive, subscription-based safety insights (e.g., PPE compliance, collision risk, hotspot detection).
• Own parts of the application layer: APIs, data modeling, authentication, authorization, and UI behaviors.
• Collaborate with CV/ML & Platform Engineering.
• Work with perception teams to understand AI outputs, define interface requirements, and ensure the right data is available to power new features.
• Troubleshoot and triage issues that require application + CV/ML context (e.g., mislabeled signals, missing detections, unexpected data patterns).
• Support scaling to new customer sites by integrating CV outputs into the application layer and validating customer-facing behavior.

Software Engineer

• Develop and productionize state-of-the-art computer vision algorithms for object detection, tracking, pose estimation, activity recognition, and anomaly detection in complex indoor environments like warehouses and retail spaces.
• Implement and optimize computer vision techniques for high-throughput, low-latency applications on edge compute devices.
• Streamline ML data ingestion, retraining pipelines, and model redeployment workflows.
• Build and maintain reliable, scalable pipelines for continuous training and deployment of ML models in production environments.

Support Engineer

• Own resolution of the most complex, high-severity escalations across Voxel's platform, including issues spanning edge hardware, networking, AI inference, and cloud infrastructure.
• Conduct root cause analysis at the code, configuration, and infrastructure level, partnering directly with Engineering to drive permanent fixes.
• Act as the authoritative technical escalation point for Tier 2, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering teams.
• Interface directly with enterprise customer IT, security, and engineering stakeholders during critical incidents, providing clear communication and decisive guidance.
• Contribute to platform improvements by identifying systemic failure patterns and advocating for engineering investments that reduce support burden.
• Define and maintain advanced troubleshooting frameworks, escalation criteria, and internal knowledge resources for the broader support organization.
• Drive post-incident reviews and ensure learnings are documented and acted upon across teams.
• Participate in on-call rotations for critical escalations and high-priority customer environments.

Tier 3 Support Engineer

• Own and resolve escalated technical issues from Tier 1, serving as the primary point of escalation for complex platform, network, and hardware-related problems.
• Conduct deep-dive troubleshooting across Voxel's edge AI platform, including device connectivity, camera configurations, network infrastructure, and software behavior.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to communicate issue status, set expectations, and ensure timely resolution for enterprise accounts.
• Reproduce and document bugs, and work with Engineering and Product to prioritize and resolve root causes.
• Develop and maintain internal troubleshooting guides, runbooks, and knowledge base articles to improve team efficiency and enable Tier 1 deflection.
• Identify patterns in support issues and surface systemic recommendations to improve platform reliability and deployment quality.
• Participate in on-call rotations as needed to support critical customer environments.

Tier 2 Support Engineer

Customer Success Manager

• Own end-to-end customer relationships across a portfolio of mid-market accounts, serving as the primary point of contact post-sale.
• Drive successful onboarding and time-to-value for new customers, coordinating closely with Solutions Engineering and CS Associates.
• Develop and execute account plans that drive platform adoption, engagement, and measurable safety and operational outcomes.
• Lead regular business reviews with customer stakeholders, communicating ROI and aligning on goals and roadmap.
• Proactively monitor account health and intervene early on churn risk, escalating to internal teams as needed.
• Identify and qualify expansion opportunities within your portfolio, partnering with Sales to drive upsell and cross-sell motions.

• Lead onboarding and training sessions for new users across customer sites, ensuring smooth adoption of the Voxel platform.
• Manage a book of existing sites, maintaining strong relationships and driving ongoing platform engagement.
• Own end-to-end customer relationships for a portfolio of mid-market accounts, including onboarding, check-ins, renewals, and escalations.
• Partner closely with senior CSMs on larger enterprise accounts, supporting deployment coordination, stakeholder communication, and health tracking.
• Monitor customer health signals and proactively flag risks or opportunities to the broader CS team.
• Serve as a product expert — fielding questions, troubleshooting issues, and connecting customers with the right internal resources.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, site status, and account health in internal systems.
• Contribute to the development of onboarding materials, training guides, and best practice documentation.
