Support the team in the Microsoft and virtualization environment
Deploy and configure new virtualized server environments and optimize existing ones
Further development in automation, security, compliance and standardization
Automate complex workflows using scripting or programming languages
Troubleshooting, monitoring and documentation
Act as the interface to Linux and network operations

Requirements

Deep hands-on technical experience with Windows Server operating systems, setup and Group Policy (GPO), Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, IIS, clustering
Strong technical virtualization knowledge (VMware)
Solid practical experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructures
Backup & recovery solutions (Veeam)
Familiarity with MSSQL, Checkmk, Graylog, Grafana
PowerShell and Python
Basic networking knowledge
Readiness to take responsibility and analytical skills
Team-oriented working style
Confident, professional communication in German (for C-level interactions) and for project documentation
