About the role
- Own the scaling of a top priority game app as the CMO and strategic counterpart to the CEO.
- Build and own the growth strategy to scale our leading mobile games.
- Execute all our acquisition channels: paid UA and non-paid such as partnerships, featuring, influencer marketing, growth hacking, ASO, and community building.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify emerging high-performing growth channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution and maximize impact.
- Conduct rigorous data analysis to evaluate channel performance, guide decisions, prioritize initiatives, and uncover new growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Master’s degree from a top engineering or business school (*Grande École *program).
- 3+ years of experience in fast-paced, analytical environments (strategy consulting, investment banking, tech), consumer/gaming/network/B2C apps
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
- Genuine interest in mobile gaming and apps and/or performance marketing.
- Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable rolling up your sleeves.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
